• Assessment answers — your responses to personality questions
• MatchCode DNA vector — the 27-dimensional personality profile we calculate from your answers
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, device type (anonymous)

2. How We Use It

• Generate your personality profile and compatibility reports
• Save your results so you can access them later
• Send you your report via email
• Improve our assessment algorithms (using anonymized, aggregated data only)

We never sell your personal data. We never share your personality results with third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Hosted on secure infrastructure (Railway, Vercel) with SOC 2 compliance
• Payment processing handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Database access restricted to authorized personnel only

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:

• Access — see all data we hold about you
• Export — download your data in a portable format
• Delete — permanently remove your account and all data
• Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing at any time

5. Data Retention

• Assessment results: retained for 2 years from creation
• Account data: retained until you request deletion
• Purchase records: retained for 7 years (tax compliance)
